Wedding Coordination Service

Planning your dream wedding can be exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. You may be able to handle all the details leading up to the big day, but do you have someone advocating for you on the day of? Our Wedding Coordination Service includes month/day-of coordination for couples that have done all the planning for their wedding but feel they need assistance wrapping up the final details and executing their plans on the day of. This service ensures that the wedding you envisioned is perfectly implemented, so that you and your partner can focus on soaking in all the beautiful moments of your day.

Service includes:

  • Initial meeting to discuss wedding details planned to date. 4-6 weeks out from your wedding day

  • Venue site visit(s)

  • Creation of day-of timeline/itinerary

  • Communication with vendors to confirm logistics

  • Final details meeting to discuss last minute changes

  • Assist with day-before set up. Day-of set up available for last minute touch ups, but not a complete set up. Does not include tear down

  • Assist with ceremony rehearsal if requested

  • Vendor/guest point of contact

  • Management of timeline

  • Up to 10 hour service on the day of

This service starts at $1,500 depending on the scale of your wedding. Anything outside the scope of our service will be an additional charge.

Hey, I’m Liv! The gal behind White Oak Weddings. I grew up in the small town of Lindsay, ON. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved being part of the event world. The planning, logistics, organization, working with vendors, problem-solving, etc. I thrived off that kind of environment and I’m good at it. Event Management was always something I knew I wanted to be apart of in some capacity, which is why I studied it in school and why the majority of my professional career has been centered around coordinating events. Planning my own wedding in 2022 sparked my interest in wedding coordination as a business venture. I loved every part of planning my wedding (call me crazy!). My wedding day was everything I wanted it to be and more. I truly wanted it to be a reflection of my husband and I’s relationship, and it really was. From our private vows in the forest of Ganaraska to our rustic woodsy ceremony and reception surrounded by all our loved ones, it was perfect. After that, I knew this was something I wanted to pursue further.

I firmly believe every couple needs someone who is going to advocate for them on their big day. Someone who is going to treat their wedding like their own, solve problems, make sure things are running smoothly and on time; all so you and your partner can enjoy every single minute of your new chapter together.
